On behalf of the Elsie Area Food Pantry, I would like to thank everyone
who helped make this year’s Fall Festival a huge success! Whether you
donated, volunteered, or simply attended, you played a vital role in bringing
this festival to life. We couldn’t have done it without you!
We are extremely grateful for the generous donations and support for the
Elsie Area Food Pantry, allowing us to provide essential food and
resources to those in need in our community. Thank you for your kindness
and commitment to making a difference.


Here is a brief summary of what we have received from the festival to date:
Donations Jars- $1,297.20, Donation from the Band- $100, our Vendors
$923.26, Mason’s Breakfast- $384, Color Walk to End Hunger $3650.00,
Activities at Elsie Public Library-$75, Online Silent Auction $10,690.06 and
the Elsie Lions Club- $1283.42. This brings our total donation in at
$18,402.94.


We are grateful for your commitment to make a positive impact. Together,
we are creating a brighter future for our neighbors.
Following our wrap-up, we will take a few weeks off before starting to plan
for FALL FESTIVAL 2025 which will be held on Saturday, October 4 th . If
you would like to help out, let me know. We are always looking for new
ideas.

Children’s Activities:

Face Painting, Story Hour, Temporary Tattoos – at Elsie Public Library 10-2pm

Rock Painting (Bugs) & Scavenger Hunt – located in front of former bank 10-3pm

Farm Fun Adventures, sponsored by Elsie Four Corners 4-H Club and OE FFA members -  located in front of former bank on corner of Main & Ovid St. 10-2pm

Cookie Decorating – Kids can decorate a cookie to eat & enjoy. – inside the Mason Community building on corner of Main & Ovid St. 12-3pm

 

 

Color Walk to End Hunger (Sponsored by Better Life & ZCBJ Lodge):  

Located at Elsie Park, 261 N. Park Avenue.

Check in from 8:30 – 9 am

Walk starts at 9 am (30-45 minute walk)

Adults $35 / Kids $25 Pre-register to receive a t-shirt!

All fund raised and donations to benefit the Elsie Area Food Pantry.

 

Car & Motorcycle Show  (Sponsored by the American Legion) 10am-4pm

 

Food Options:

  • Pancake Breakfast provided by Elsie Masons at the Mason Community Building 8-11am

  • Elsie Lions Club Food Trailer 10am-4pm
